📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise the work of junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a supervisory role preferred.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
