• Develop and implement financial solutions that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring that they are in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support
• Monitor market trends and developments, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
