📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and facilities, including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems promptly.
• Ensure the safety of the equipment and facilities by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of machinery to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using heavy machinery and equipment, with a strong understanding of their mechanics.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as SAP or similar.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery and facilities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
