📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drive service vehicles to various locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure IT equipment and software.
• Maintain and repair service vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure.
• Provide customer service and support during service calls.
• Monitor and report on vehicle and equipment usage and performance.
• Participate in regular maintenance and service schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Proven experience as a driver, with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of IT equipment and software, including but not limited to Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
