📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update the Accounts Payable ledger and related records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
