📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Support store managers in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
• Handle leave requests, attendance records, and payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Organize team-building activities and events to foster a strong team spirit.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using SAP SuccessFactors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
