🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with business process management tools such as ARIS, Bizagi, or Microsoft Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
