📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.,Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct pre-employment assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruiters to expand our talent pool.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and assessment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously improve recruitment processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
