📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive menu that reflects the restaurant's culinary vision and meets customer expectations.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control in the kitchen.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and inventory, to ensure smooth operations.,Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings.,Manage the kitchen's budget and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines, with a strong preference for local flavors.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus.
