📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans and operational procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless business operations.,Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.,Manage and maintain business documentation and records.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.,Provide administrative support to the management team.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of environmental management and sustainability practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with project management and process optimization tools.,Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
