Bay Town Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail outlets. If you have a passion for retail and a desire to help our customers find the best products, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the retail space.,Promoting products and services through various marketing activities.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock availability.,Assisting in the training and development of new retail staff.,Reporting sales performance and providing regular updates to the management team.,Participating in in-store promotions and events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
