ORACLE Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Nusa Dua, Bali. As an Outlet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operation of the outlet, including stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to attract customers.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events to boost sales and revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to sales and customer service.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the retail industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 15 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
