Link Life Indonesia is seeking a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work both remotely and in our office in Kebayoran Lama.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work both remotely and in a physical office setting.
