📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, following proper protocols and safety measures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and personalized patient care.,Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.,Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team immediately.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
