📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their impact.,Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.,Assist in the organization and coordination of training events and workshops.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to travel as required for training activities.
