📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive store environment.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
