📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a related role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
