• Develop and implement strategic talent management plans aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Conduct talent audits and analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and execute talent acquisition and retention programs, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Oversee the implementation of training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management, strategic HR, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic talent management plans.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and BambooHR.
• Certification in strategic HR or talent management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
