PT Gading Raya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
