📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing accurate information about our services and facilities.,Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and billing.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and record-keeping.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and timely service delivery.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor, with a guest-focused mindset.
