📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and education to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Safety Officer (AK3U) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site safety.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards, including K3, OHSA, and ISO 45001.
• Proven track record of implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
