📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.,Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and decision-making.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to senior management.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven track record of success in managing accounting teams and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with payroll software and labor laws and regulations.
