📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Manage accounts payable and receivable,Prepare and file tax returns,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide ad-hoc support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
