In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
