📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and examine liability claims to ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on risk management strategies,Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of liability claims to determine liability and coverage,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims and disputes,Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement,Prepare and present reports and analyses to senior management and clients,Maintain and update knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices,Ensure compliance with Allianz's internal policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in liability claims examination or a related field,Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry best practices,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with insurance software and systems,Professional certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or similar are a plus
