📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement reliability test plans for HBM products,Conduct reliability tests and analyze data to identify potential issues,Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability improvement strategies,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure product reliability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering,Participate in project reviews and provide input on reliability-related decisions,Develop and maintain reliability documentation and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field,8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry,Strong understanding of HBM technology and reliability challenges,Experience with reliability test equipment and software,Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
