📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
