As an Operations Lead at Pengiklan Anonim, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our daily workflows, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with our executive leader, you'll provide strategic insights and operational support to help us achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Implement and monitor operational workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or similar project management software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive leader
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Provide operational support and guidance to the executive leader
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process optimization
• Proficient in using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the Indonesian real estate industry and PropTech is a plus
