Mandarin Translator - Professional Language & Administrative Support

As a Mandarin Translator, you will be responsible for translating documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Mandarin. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all communications are accurate and culturally appropriate. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong command of both languages and a passion for supporting international business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting minutes between Indonesian and Mandarin with high accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and conferences between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and administrative support.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the organization and management of language-related projects and tasks.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of translations and administrative support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, interpreting, or administrative support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Good understanding of business etiquette and cultural differences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
