📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and training staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
