📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring they are served promptly and in good condition.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and setup.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
